Savvy Wealth is rewriting wealth management with AI-native tools and a strong operations backbone in New York City. We seek a Senior Client Associate to serve as an operational partner to multiple advisors, delivering exceptional day-to-day client service and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will help shape standard operating procedures and assist product/ops teams in roadmap discussions. A detail-oriented, proactive communicator thrives in a fast-growing, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role at an RI A or broker-dealer.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong technical skills in Google Suite and MS Office.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operations and administrative support for Savvy wealth managers.
• Execute client tasks, requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Identify and improve internal procedures for better advisor/client experience.
• Support onboarding and transfers of new clients.
• Collaborate with CPAs, estate planners and other professionals.
