Job summary

Savvy Wealth is expanding its client servicing team in New York City. The Senior Client Associate will provide dedicated operational support to multiple advisors, ensuring top-tier client service and strong relationships.

You will shape standard operating procedures as an early team member, partnering with Product and Operations to influence Savvy's advisory services roadmap. A proactive, detail-focused communicator thrives here.

Qualifications

2+ years in a similar role with an RIA or broker-dealer interacting with clients and advisors.
High-energy, collaborative, ownership mentality.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong technical skills in Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Office equivalents.
Detail-oriented, organized, capable of multi-tasking.
Adept at quickly learning and adopting new technologies.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operations and admin support for Savvy wealth managers and maintain client relationships.
Execute client tasks, requests, and inquiries promptly.
Identify opportunities to improve internal procedures for advisor and client experience.
Streamline onboarding, meeting prep, documentation, and account transfers.
Assist advisors with investment transactions and account billing/performance reporting.
Collaborate with CPAs, estate planners, business managers, insurers, and other professionals.
Create and maintain client data in Salesforce and other systems.
Ensure compliance with policies and protect client confidentiality.
