Raymond James in Florida is seeking a dynamic Registered Client Service Associate to support financial advisors, prospective and existing clients, and branch staff. You will communicate across phone, email, in-person, and virtual channels, and organize and track numerous tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves onboarding new clients, opening accounts, researching client data, processing asset transfers, preparing reports, and assisting with client meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or wealth management preferred.
• Strong communication across phone, email, in-person, and virtual platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Serve as first point of contact for high-volume client inquiries and meeting scheduling.
• Assist Financial Advisors and clients with onboarding, account openings, and documentation.
• Prepare reports and maintain CRM records, assist with client events and marketing efforts.
