Job summary

Citco is seeking a Senior Vice President–Client Service Relationship Manager to lead multi‑client engagements for a diversified asset servicing portfolio. You will serve as the primary relationship contact, coordinating global teams to ensure timely delivery of client‑ready solutions across regions.

The role requires 10–12 years in client service within alternative asset managers or fund administrators, with strong negotiation, budgeting, and analytics skills, and a Bachelor’s in Accounting (CPA

Qualifications

10–12 years of client service and managing client relationships in asset management or similar.
Skills in negotiation, business planning and budgeting, margin analysis and technical accounting.
Strong leadership skills and project management with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field; CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client relationships as the primary contact or with a global team.
Engage with portfolio managers, CFOs, and operations to address priorities and risks.
Coordinate delivery of client-ready solutions with Product, Operations, Tech and BD.
Lead client reviews, service reviews, and ongoing account planning activities.
Monitor satisfaction, identify growth opportunities and support issue resolution.
