Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with clients and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior point of contact for clients, hospitals, and internal stakeholders regarding laboratory services and program updates.
• Independently manage complex customer inquiries and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead communications between laboratory departments and external partners for timely follow-up.
• Develop and support customer communications on testing updates, workflows, and pricing notifications.
• Analyze feedback and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced customer experience.
• Support implementation of best practices, standardized workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives.
