Job summary

CorroHealth is seeking a Senior Client Service Coordinator to support the Client Services team by leading resolution efforts for complex client issues, mentoring teammates, and driving operational improvements, with a focus on the Appeals product line.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Strategic Advisors, technical teams, and operations to ensure timely, accurate service delivery, while upholding HIPAA compliance and exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of client services experience in healthcare appeals workflows.
• Ability to interpret payer-specific requirements and timely filing guidelines.
• Experience accessing EMRs and payer portals.
• Strong written and verbal communication and documentation.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/HITECH compliance in healthcare communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of complex client service issues, acting as the first escalation point for high-volume areas like UM Appeals.
• Serve as SME in UM Appeals and related workflows with payer-specific requirements and documentation standards.
• Monitor performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to improve service delivery.
• Develop and maintain training resources, including SOPs, and mentor new team members.
• Collaborate with Strategic Advisors, technical teams, and operations to resolve escalated issues and support initiatives.
