Job summary

Revecore in the United States is seeking a Clinical Operations Nurse Supervisor to lead a team of nurses focused on appeals and denial resolution for clients. The role emphasizes quality, efficiency, and collaboration with Sales, Client Success, and Operations teams.

You’ll oversee clinical operations workflow, contribute to root-cause analysis, and support training and onboarding of new hires to sustain performance and patient care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license, BSN and/or advanced degree.
• Revenue cycle experience related to Clinical Operations and Utilization Review.
• Clinical nursing experience in hospital settings (ER/ICU/Med-Surg/Psych/Transplant).

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of clinicians to appeal and overturn denials on client claims.
• Evaluate revenue cycle operations and identify areas for process improvement.
• Support onboarding and training of new nurse hires onshore and offshore.
• Collaborate with client success, operations, and other teams to optimize performance.
• Prepare and submit correspondence and client reports as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
