What We’re Looking For
The Senior Client Service Specialist supports the Account Management and Consulting teams by servicing and retaining clients. They respond promptly to requests, project professionalism, and maintain effective relationships with clients, carriers, vendors, and team members.

A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAY

  • Provide administrative support and coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of key services.
  • Act as a client advocate and primary contact for assigned accounts.
  • Manage client expectations, service commitments, and anticipate needs.
  • Respond to correspondence, document interactions, and update client logs.
  • Maintain accurate client files and ensure proper documentation and communication.
  • Identify and resolve basic client service issues, conduct research, and escalate as needed.
  • Coordinate data collection for insurance quotes and conduct research on billing and client issues.
  • Create reports, support compliance activities, and assist with open enrollment preparations.
  • Enter benefit enrollments and terminations, prepare presentations, and review benefit descriptions for accuracy.
  • Assist in process improvements and perform other related tasks.

What Success Looks Like In This Role

  • Life, Health, and Accident License within 90 days of hire, maintained thereafter.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of Customer Service experience, with at least 1 year in Life, Health, and Accident insurance.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, depending on location.
  • Knowledge of insurance markets, products, and underwriting preferred.
  • Experience with agency management systems and online rating systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ability to learn new software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks effectively.

The salary range is $16.55 - $34.38, considering skill, experience, licensure, and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are case-dependent. Participation in an annual incentive program may also be available.
