You're probably already the person everyone turns to.
When an advisor has an unusual client request, an account issue gets complicated, a process is not working, or someone simply asks, “How do we do this?” - you are usually the person who figures it out.
If that sounds familiar, Beacon Financial Services may have built a role around exactly what you are best at.
We are looking for an experienced, Series 7-licensed financial-services professional who can become the operational right hand to our advisors and, over time, one of the people who helps shape how our firm operates.
Beacon Financial Services is a growing, family-owned and operated firm serving high-net-worth individuals and families, business owners, and employer-sponsored retirement plans across both Wealth Management and Retirement Plan advisory services.
We are investing in the people and processes that will let us grow without sacrificing service. This role is a key part of that next stage: freeing our advisors to spend more time advising and building relationships while strengthening the operational engine behind the business.
This role has two closely connected responsibilities. The first is immediate and hands-on. The second is earned over time through mastery of Beacon's business, clients, systems, and workflows.
You do not need to arrive as a retirement-plan expert. 401(k) experience is a meaningful advantage, but strong industry knowledge, learning speed, and comfort with complexity matter more.
You do not need experience with every system below. You do need to learn technology quickly and use it - including automation and AI - to improve execution.
This is a senior-level role for someone who already knows what excellent client service and advisor support look like.
Ownership. You notice what needs to be done and do not wait to be reminded.
Judgment. You know when to move quickly, when to slow down, and when to ask a question.
Follow-through. A task is not finished until the client commitment and internal follow-up are complete.
Process thinking. Inefficiency bothers you, and you naturally look for a better way.
Learning agility. You can master new systems, rules, providers, and workflows quickly.
Detail and professionalism. You can be trusted with important clients, sensitive matters, and accuracy-critical work.
Access: Work directly with advisors and firm leadership - not disappear inside a large organization.
Influence: Operational excellence matters here, and you will have a real voice in improving how the firm works.
Breadth: You will develop expertise across both private wealth and employer-sponsored retirement-plan businesses.
Trajectory: As you master the role, your scope can grow into broader operational and leadership responsibility.
Recognition: This is not a “back-office support” seat. Excellence here will be visible and strategically important.
Early on: Learn our clients, advisors, technology, providers, and workflows; become a trusted operational resource; and begin freeing advisors from administrative work.
As you grow into the role: Recognize where processes break down, improve how work gets done, and become a resource for complex operational questions.
Longer term: Expand into broader responsibility for client service, operations, team leadership, and firmwide execution as your mastery grows.
