Provident Bank is seeking an Associate Wealth Management Relationship Manager I in Morristown, NJ. The role supports senior advisors in wealth management and financial planning, handling data input into planning software, client onboarding, service requests, and CRM maintenance.
The position involves data gathering for plans, client interaction for requests, and preparation of materials. A Bachelor’s degree and 0–3 years in financial services, plus Series 65, are preferred.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Under general direction, this position’s role is to gain knowledge, practical experience and skills in handling all aspects of relationship management and financial planning. This is a professional position that supports the senior relationship managers and wealth strategists in the financial planning and relationship management process. Responsibilities will include data input into the financial planning software, client on-boarding and service requests, client meeting preparation and follow-up, and maintenance of related items in the firm’s CRM system.
The Associate Relationship Manager I will be partnered with a senior advisor, or multiple advisors, and their book of business. The incumbent will have the opportunity to participate on calls to gain an understanding of the client needs, relationship management & new business opportunities.

$27.90 - $34.87 hourly
Please note, the base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, education, geographic location, internal equity, and other applicable business and organizational needs.
This role is incentive eligible based upon company, business, and/or individual goal achievement and performance.
