Qualifications

• SIE required; Series 7 required; Series 63/65/66 as required by state.
• Ability to obtain additional securities and advisory registrations if required.
• Knowledge of financial markets, products and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact to service a high volume of daily interactions with clients and advisors.
• Assists with onboarding, account setup, trading entry and reporting.
• Supports marketing efforts and client-facing events.
• Develops reports to improve practice efficiency and performance metrics.
• Manages budgeting and tracking of advisor expenses.
• Handles confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
