Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client service or marketing experience in investment management or similar industry, or 4 years in another industry.
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in a collaborative, team environment.
• Client-focused mindset with strong critical thinking and prioritization under pressure.
• Interest in investments, finance and marketing with focus on client service; knowledge of equity and fixed income is a plus.
• Strong data analytics skills; expert with MS Office; experience with CRM or Bloomberg is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with the assigned client channel and prospects, supporting the US-based Client Service team.
• Deliver customized solutions, support sales opportunities, and provide product data and reporting.
• Handle complex ongoing and ad-hoc requests regarding portfolio, compliance, and fund information for clients.
• Collaborate with Client Service-Business Development and clients on Compliance Due Diligence meetings.
• Stay current on Franklin Templeton products, investment processes and market conditions to offer the best solutions.
• Represent client and Relationship Manager needs in firmwide initiatives and departmental efforts.
• Be proactive in finding ways to increase team efficiency and growth.
