Job summary

Franklin Templeton Investments in Pasadena, CA is seeking a Sr. Client Service Associate to build strong client relationships and support Relationship Managers across Marketing, Product Management, Investment Management and Operations.

You will handle complex requests, deliver analysis, stay current on products and market conditions, and drive efficiency with the US Client Service team. Salary $100,000-$130,000 plus discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of client service or marketing experience in investment management or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree required; CFA designation a plus.
• Strong data analytics skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM or industry tools such as Bloomberg, MMD, Morningstar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with the assigned client channel and prospects by providing ongoing support.
• Develop understanding of clients' objectives to deliver customized solutions and reporting.
• Handle complex ongoing and ad-hoc requests regarding portfolio, compliance, and fund information.
• Coordinate with Client Service-Business Development Managers and clients in Compliance Due Diligence meetings.
• Stay current on Franklin Templeton products and market conditions to offer optimal solutions.
• Represent client and RM needs in firmwide initiatives and departmental efforts.
• Drive efficiency to retain and grow business.
