Job description

The Senior Client Service Associate (CSA) will support advisors and clients by providing exceptional service, operational excellence, and efficient administrative handling of all account-related needs. This role serves as a primary point of contact for UHNW client requests, onboarding, and ongoing account maintenance within a fast-paced, high-growth Registered Investment Advisor (RIA).

Location

This position is based in Atlanta, GA. Due to the demands of the role, this is an in-office position.

Supervisory Responsibilities

None.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Serves as a first point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and service needs; ensures timely, accurate, and professional responses.
  • Coordinates all aspects of new client onboarding, including gathering documentation, preparing paperwork, obtaining signatures, and ensuring account setup accuracy.
  • Processes account maintenance requests such as money movements, beneficiary updates, transfers, and account changes in accordance with firm and custodian procedures.
  • Supports advisors in meeting preparation by assembling reports, statements, and other required materials.
  • Maintains CRM records, workflows, and service notes with precision and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Monitors custodial platforms for alerts, outstanding items, and required follow-ups.
  • Works closely with operations, compliance, and silo teammates to ensure smooth client experiences from onboarding through ongoing service.
  • Assists in client communication initiatives, including mailings, notifications, and scheduling.
  • Ensures client documents and sensitive information are handled securely and in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Performs other related duties, as required.
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior interpersonal and client service skills, with a commitment to white-glove service.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management, investment accounts, and financial industry operations preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems and custodial platforms (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing) a plus.
Education and Experience
  • 5+ years of client service experience in financial services, an RIA, wirehouse, or brokerage environment, preferred.
  • Relevant financial certifications are a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
