Job summary

Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) seeks a Senior Client/Server Network Architect to design and develop a client/server environment.

Develop strategy and infrastructure to support that strategy, guiding cross-domain and security-conscious networking initiatives. Essential duties include technical leadership across network integration, problem resolution for hardware and systems upgrades, and collaboration with customers, vendors, and staff to define requirements.

Qualifications

Seven years of related experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related area or equivalent experience (Four years).
Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility.
Eligibility for access to Special Access Programs.
Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence Polygraph.

Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise and assist with network integration and consolidation efforts across multiple network environments.
Address and resolve complex technical problems relating to installation and upgrade of network hardware and systems.
Interface with customers, vendors and other technical staff to analyze business and technical requirements.
Document engineering standards, lead in the development of network architecture and engineering designs and changes.
Evaluate current and emerging network technologies, conduct technical assessments and make recommendations to the Chief Engineer.
Perform network modeling, analysis and planning.
