Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 4 years’ banking or customer service experience.
• Solid understanding of lending practices and policies.
• Proficiency with deposit, loan, and investment systems for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients, attorneys, and accountants on routine to moderately complex inquiries.
• Support Commercial Lenders and business partners with report monitoring and research.
• Perform Know Your Customer and Consumer Due Diligence for new clients and document data in TouchPoint Sales and Service.
• Manage exception reports and clear outstanding issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain data in spreadsheets and databases, generating routine reports under supervision.
• Assist lending officers in developing new lending and depository business with existing and prospective clients.
