Qualifications

• Comfort engaging with clients in-person and by phone.
• Notary commission within the state within a few months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending products.
• Respond to customer inquiries with customized solutions.
• Present banking products (checking, savings, CDs, loans) to clients.
• Refer clients to partners for licensed sales (Merrill, Lending, Small Business).
• Quote rates, terms and programs for banking solutions and ensure compliance.
• Educate and train clients on using self-service tools and digital options.
• Open/maintain accounts and perform day-to-day banking activities.
