Job summary

IDT, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Senior Client Quality Manager to oversee Quality Manufacture, Testing, and Product Release for client-specific products. You will collaborate with QA/QC, drive continuous improvement, and lead the Customer Focused Team to meet goals on time and within budget.

Reporting to the Director of Client Quality, this on-site role is based in Coralville, IA, with responsibilities spanning audits, risk assessments using FMEA, and Design for Quality practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science, required.
• 9+ years of CDMO and/or customer-facing experience in a quality role within regulated environments.
• Exposure to regulatory inspections or audits (FDA, ISO, etc.).
• Quality certifications (ISO 9001, ASQ) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership to drive excellence in quality-related functions.
• Create quality core team goals aligned with Customer Focused Team objectives.
• Partner with Quality leadership to ensure safety, quality, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Support customer audits, corrective actions, and Quality Events across the organization.
