Job summary

IDT, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Client Quality Manager in Coralville, IA. This on-site role oversees the Quality Manufacture, Testing, and Product Release for client-specific products and partners with QA to drive continuous improvement while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will direct daily quality operations, support customer audits, and develop corrective actions focused on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, leveraging GMP standards and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science is required.
• 9+ years of CDMO or customer-facing experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience with regulatory inspections or audits (FDA, ISO, etc.).
• Current or past Quality certifications such as ISO 9001, ASQ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily management and leadership to drive excellence in quality related functions.
• Create quality core team goals aligned with customer-focused objectives.
• Partner with Quality leadership to facilitate daily team performance and foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Support customer audits, visits and conference calls.
• Develop systemic corrective actions to deviations and Quality Events.
• Apply risk assessment tools (FMEA, HACCP, Quality by Design) in compliance with GMP policies.
