Responsibilities

• Perform quality reviews of new accounts and cash flows before trading.
• Identify processing errors and workflow issues.
• Support identification and reporting of operational control risks.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for risk and quality trends.
• Lead investigations into major control issues with root cause analysis.
• Provide challenge to first-line procedures and communicate findings to management.
• Monitor trends and variances for management oversight.
• Manage multiple workflow queues in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and SLAs.
