BNY Mellon is seeking a Senior Specialist, Client Operations to join the Archer team in Berwyn, PA, with a requirement to work in-office four days per week. The role focuses on executing quality control activities, identifying and escalating operational risk, supporting control assessments, and ensuring processes are performed in a controlled, accurate, and compliant manner.

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of BNY Mellon products and services, with ability to support multiple complex client accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Work with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon.
• Support clients in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues and ensure requests are executed.
• Apply advanced problem-solving skills, judgment, and experience to analyze information and deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base.
• Proactively assist clients in reviewing potential business needs and direct them to appropriate BNY Mellon resources; help improve the client experience through process improvements.
