Job summary

State Street is seeking a senior professional to lead continuous improvement initiatives for asset owner client service teams in the United States. You will drive cross-functional projects, coordinate with clients and internal State Street contacts, and regularly update stakeholders with project status.

You will also present CI concepts and results in client meetings and may contribute to business analysis governance or ad hoc project work as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in asset owner client services or process improvement.
• Knowledge of State Street platforms (MyStateStreet, eCFM) preferred.
• PMP certification or pursuit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal continuous improvement analyses and/or implementation projects for top asset owner clients.
• Drive execution of client initiatives across stakeholders; create and distribute project updates and maintain plans.
• Occasionally present CI concepts and results in client meetings using PowerPoint.
• May perform business analysis governance or ad hoc project activities as needed.
