KT2i (Kanchi Technologies) is looking for an experienced Senior Client Partner – Sales / Growth to drive business growth across our Business, Technology, and Engineering services portfolio.
This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial, consultative sales professional who has an established network of relationships and a proven track record of selling technology, engineering, consulting, professional services, or managed services.
You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline generation through solutioning, proposal development, negotiation, and close — while working closely with delivery, practice, and solution leaders to create compelling client solutions and ensure continuity from sales through delivery.
You will represent KT2i's capabilities across:
- Engineering Innovation
- Digital Transformation
- Engineering & Professional Services
This is a remote, high-ownership role within a dynamic, startup-style environment where your ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and convert them into revenue will have a direct impact on company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a book of business against an annual bookings/revenue quota.
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, relationships, partner channels, and other lead-generation activities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target accounts and industries.
- Lead consultative sales conversations and translate client business challenges into clearly scoped solutions and engagements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, COOs, VPs of IT/Engineering, and Procurement leaders.
- Lead the complete opportunity lifecycle — qualification, discovery, solutioning, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Orchestrate pursuit teams involving solution architects, practice leaders, SMEs, delivery teams, pricing, and legal.
- Develop and present proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), pricing models, and commercial terms.
- Lead RFP/RFI responses, including bid/no-bid assessment, win-theme development, and proposal coordination.
- Negotiate commercial and contractual terms while maintaining business and margin objectives.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, opportunity tracking, and pipeline reporting.
- Develop and manage relationships with technology/OEM partners where services can be attached to platforms.
- Support account planning, ABM initiatives, cross-sell, upsell, and land-and-expand strategies.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful transition from sales to execution and ongoing client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- 5–10+ years of experience in technology, engineering, business consulting, professional services, or managed services sales.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas, ideally with $3M+ annual bookings.
- Strong experience selling services and consulting engagements, not only software or products.
- Demonstrated ownership of the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solutioning, negotiation, closing, and post-sale relationship management.
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Excellent consultative selling, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong commercial understanding of T&M, fixed-fee, milestone-based, and retainer models, including margin considerations.
- Experience with MSA, SOW, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
- Strong CRM discipline, pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity management skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a remote and entrepreneurial environment.
