Job summary

CBIZ is seeking a skilled client services professional to deliver high-level service to complex employer groups. You will act as the primary contact for day-to-day delivery, coordinate with internal teams, and manage renewals and projects for assigned accounts.

Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, communicating legislative and market trends, and collaborating across functions to implement client solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
• Life and Health License or CEBS certifications are a plus.
• Demonstrates ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels.
• Advanced customer service skills and proficiency with applicable technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide service delivery to an assigned block of more complex clients.
• Resolve the most complex customer service problems directly.
• Act as outward-facing resource for assigned accounts with direct client contact.
• Build relationships with employer/group clients and serve as the primary contact for service delivery.
• Represent client internally and coordinate with other functions for client systems and projects.
• Escalate client concerns when appropriate and maintain data integrity.
