Job summary

Comtron, part of the MEDFAR group, is seeking a Senior Customer Onboarding & Training Specialist in Great Neck, NY. You will lead end-to-end onboarding for labs, design training programs, provide remote and on-site support, and mentor junior staff to improve client satisfaction and processes.

The role requires 5+ years in LIS onboarding, strong PM skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a hybrid office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as an LIS onboarding specialist with success implementing large complex labs.
• Lab experience is a plus.
• Project management knowledge is important.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive implementation plan with milestones and deliverables.
• Evaluate clients’ needs and develop configurations for their business processes.
• Provide remote and on-site training to clients.
• Coordinate internal and client teams for Data Migration, Content Development, Interfaces, Enrollment, and Billing Configuration.
• Create training guides based on office workflow.
• Lead training sessions in group and one-on-one settings.
• Audit tickets.
• Assign tasks to team members to meet timelines.
