Job summary

KeyCorp in Seattle seeks an experienced Commercial Banking professional to acquire, expand, and retain business clients. You will be the first point of contact for client service needs and help ensure a full, effective client experience across treasury and enterprise payments.

This role requires collaboration with partnerships, risk policy adherence, and coordination with client implementations. The hybrid role may require on-site work 2 days weekly for WA residents; base salary ranges from 69k

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years banking or cash management experience.
• Demonstrated success in a customer service environment.
• Strong analytical and data mining skills to determine client needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience presenting to clients.
• Self-motivated and collaborative in a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to expand and retain business clients with treasury management needs.
• Own maintenance of cash management services and track project updates and upgrades.
• Prepare, deliver, and review client agreements.
• Adhere to Risk policies and procedures and participate in risk testing.
• Generate cross-sell leads and coordinate with sales teams.
• Partner with Client Implementation Specialist on complex client setups.
• Support CSO processing and ensure timely service setup per SLAs.
• Work with CAM group on maintenance requests within SLAs.
