Job summary

Landor’s Chicago studio seeks a Business Director to lead client relationships and drive brand-led transformation. You will become the client expert, aligning business needs with Landor’s capabilities and ensuring projects deliver value.

In a hybrid setup, you’ll collaborate with Strategy, Design, Naming, Research, and Brand Engagement to deliver outstanding outcomes that connect brand work to business results.

• Collaborate with Strategy, Design, Naming, Research and Brand Engagement teams.
• Steer a team to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on scope.

• Collaborate seamlessly with other functions including Strategy, Design, Naming, Research and Brand Engagement.
• Steer a team of people to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on scope.

What you'll need

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Previous experience successfully leading client projects within a brand/design agency.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with clients at all levels.
• A solutions-driven outlook, fuelled by curiosity and an innovative mind.
• Strategic and intellectual agility – you can connect the dots and recommend next steps in a linear course of action.

The salaryfor this position at the time of this posting may range from $125,000 to $175,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
