Client Services Analyst, you will guide client users on our Insights platform, interpret results, and design reports to answer critical business questions. You will leverage Numerator’s proprietary consumer panel and data to deliver analytic insights and recommendations that drive sales and improve marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years relevant experience
• Experience with client-facing analytics and delivering insights to customers
• Knowledge of syndicated and household panel data is a plus
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Comfort with AI tools and leveraging data to drive decisions

Responsibilities

• Guide client users on Numerator’s Insights platform to navigate, interpret results, and design reports
• Leverage Numerator’s data to deliver analytic insights and recommendations that drive sales and marketing effectiveness
• Develop deep understanding of Numerator data, solutions, and differentiators
• Identify interesting consumer behavior insights for industry forums, articles, and blogs
