Job summary

Allied Sports is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our Hospitality team in New York. You will support ideation, planning, and day-to-day management of exclusive C-Suite customer hosting programs for a technology client in golf.

You will report to the Director and help deliver memorable experiences on-site and across programs. Responsibilities include end-to-end project management, budgeting, vendor coordination, guest communications, and creating executive-ready materials.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional experiences for C-Suite audiences.
• 5+ years in client-based events, executive hosting, hospitality, or experiential marketing.
• Strong budget management and event planning capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent prioritization and communication.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day and onsite management of a client events portfolio.
• Ideate, create, develop and execute client hosting programs for C-Suite audiences.
• Lead end-to-end project management with timelines, run-of-show documents, and reports.
• Manage event budgets, estimates, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Source, contract, and manage vendor and production partners.
• Maintain quality control and exemplary onsite client and guest service.
• Collaborate with client, agency partners and vendors to bring programs to life.
