Position: Majors Senior Client Executive

This role focuses on driving new business, building customer loyalty, ensuring high retention, and promoting our customer-centric culture and innovative strategies. The successful candidate will leverage our three-tiered sales model, prospect for new business, and collaborate with internal and external sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Our team consists of top performers who foster an entrepreneurial spirit and aim for predictable, consistent revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Represent our end-to-end Wired/Wireless Data Networking, Network Management, and Security solutions, growing revenue and profit within assigned territories and achieving quotas with major accounts.
  2. Utilize your solution sales expertise and existing relationships to prospect and secure new strategic major accounts while expanding current installations.
  3. Provide detailed business planning and reporting, including monthly forecasts, weekly commitments, and pipeline updates.
  4. Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with cross-functional teams within the territory and across the company, focusing on major accounts.
Requirements
  • Proven success in developing new major-level customers and collaborating across teams to exceed quotas.
  • Ability to close large, complex deals in a mix of new business, existing accounts, and channel management.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with effective solution selling to senior networking executives at the CXO level.
  • Experience in business planning and forecasting.
  • Self-motivated, high-energy, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Trusted business partner with high standards for self and team.
  • Established account base with strong regional customer and partner relationships.
  • Industry and competitive knowledge relevant to our solutions.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to articulate the Extreme Networks value proposition effectively.
