Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is hiring a Senior Client Executive in Duluth, GA. You will lead client relationships, manage projects and vendors, and drive strategic health and welfare initiatives across self-funded programs.

You will collaborate with actuarial teams, develop cost containment strategies, and ensure timely delivery of annual enrollment materials and compliance deadlines. A strong background in employee benefits is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the insurance/employee benefits/HR area
• Experience managing large self-funded Health & Welfare clients in a consulting or brokerage environment
• Experience with full-cycle Request for Proposal process
• Experience designing cost-effective benefit plans for clients
• Experience implementing Health and Welfare benefit plans for clients or employee populations

Responsibilities

• Lead relationship management with clients and vendors
• Act as project manager for client initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables
• Coordinate with actuarial teams to ensure timely client deliverables
• Develop annual milestones and compliance calendars
• Present data analyses and reporting on plan performance
• Proactively communicate regulatory updates and client impact
