EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Benefit Consultant to drive client satisfaction and design innovative, data-driven health and welfare strategies. You will support large, self-funded programs and oversee vendor management, RFPs, and compliance across projects.

The role requires strong communication, analytical, and project management skills, with experience in self-funded benefit programs and the ability to travel as needed. Hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with clients and internal teams.
• Strong analytical skills to assess claims/utilization trends.
• Experience with self-funded health benefit programs preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute benefit strategies for large clients.
• Lead cost-containment efforts across medical, Rx, dental, and disability programs.
• Analyze claims/utilization trends and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage vendor evaluations, RFPs, procurement, and performance tracking.
• Communicate industry trends, benchmarks, and regulatory updates.
