About the Role

The Global Large Law Firm Senior Client Executive is responsible for collaborating with a sales team to nurture opportunities and close our most complex renewals, including existing non-named account renewals and upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Exceed sales and retention targets.
  2. Customer Engagement: Hold approximately 10 strategic virtual and in-person appointments weekly, driving value for the customer and impact for TR.
  3. Lead quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders to understand firm strategies, identify support gaps, and create joint action plans.
  4. Develop strategic connections within your customer base, targeting 10 new connections per quarter, including workshops or speed sessions.
  5. Engage with the Customer Success Team regularly for onboarding, product adoption, and growth opportunities.
  6. Create and evolve your messaging to generate qualified opportunities.
  7. Predict risks and develop mitigation plans.
About You

You are a fit if you have:

  1. Experience thriving in fast-paced environments with impactful customer interactions.
  2. 5-7 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in the legal market.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of products/services for the Large Law channel and market understanding.
  • Ability to build strategic client relationships and understand law firm business.
  • Effective interpersonal, negotiation, time management, and communication skills.

Compensation

Target total cash range: $143,500 - $266,500, including base pay and incentives, depending on location and experience.
