Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred; advanced degree strongly desired.
• Extensive experience in financial services.
• Strong track record delivering data-driven insights, process optimization, and strategic initiatives.
• Deep expertise in Private Bank client lifecycle or enterprise data processes.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proven project management experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, VBA, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives and processes aligned to priorities.
• Defining, developing, executing, monitoring, and refining strategic initiatives.
• Act as the subject matter expert for client data, driving data quality and consistency.
• Leading and supporting client data initiatives by ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Partnering with business and technology teams to evaluate processes and resolve issues.
