Job summary

IMA Financial Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced client services professional to provide advanced support across complex lifecycle needs, including renewals and client presentations.

The role may lead specialized tasks and mentor junior associates while upholding high service standards. Candidates should have at least 2+ years of relevant experience, OE guide application skills, and a Life & Health license; you will coordinate COBRA administration and contribute to process improvements within

Responsibilities

  • Provides advanced operational and client support across complex lifecycle needs, including renewals, client presentations, and carrier coordination of materials & contracts.
  • Responds to escalated client questions and service issues with confidence, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Supports COBRA administration and specialized, needs-based client projects as assigned by market or team leadership.
  • Coordinates and oversees work performed by junior associates, providing guidance, mentoring, and quality review.
  • Contributes to process improvement efforts and helps maintain quality, consistency, and service standards across the team.

Job description

Provides advanced client support and serves as a resource for junior associates. This role handles complex service needs, supports client presentations, and may lead specialized tasks or act as a team lead or subject‑matter resource.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to:
  • Provides advanced operational and client support across complex lifecycle needs, including renewals, client presentations, and carrier coordination of materials & contracts.
  • Responds to escalated client questions and service issues with confidence, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Supports COBRA administration and specialized, needs‑based client projects as assigned by market or team leadership.
  • Coordinates and oversees work performed by junior associates, providing guidance, mentoring, and quality review.
  • Contributes to process improvement efforts and helps maintain quality, consistency, and service standards across the team.

Salary Range: $65,000 — $75,000 USD
