IMA Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a Client Manager to oversee a small-to-medium book of low-complexity clients.
You will be the primary contact, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure service, compliance, and documentation standards are met throughout the client relationship. Responsibilities include managing Salesforce workflow and data quality, reviewing work by Client Associates, and resolving claims, billing, and eligibility issues while coaching peers as needed.
The Client Manager oversees a dedicated book of business comprised primarily of lower-complexity clients, delivering consistent service and lifecycle support. This role serves as a primary point of contact for clients, coordinates with internal teams, and ensures service expectations, compliance requirements, and documentation standards are met throughout the client relationship.
Essential job duties include but are not limited to: Manages a dedicated Book of Business: small-to-medium volume book of primary low-complexity clients (e.g., fully insured, standard plans) with moderate service intensity and standardized service models. Serves as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, supporting all phases of the client lifecycle. Manages Salesforce – with ownership of workflow, tracking, and data quality for assigned BOB. Provides support on and develops in all areas of the client life cycle. Reviews work completed by Client Associates before delivery to clients. Resolves claims, billing, and eligibility issues while coordinating with internal support teams. May coach peers or guide support staff or junior team members. Qualifications

Salary Range $75,000 — $80,000 USD
