IMA Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a client services professional to deliver independent client support across onboarding, renewals, and ongoing lifecycle tasks in a regulated benefits environment.

You will serve as a technical resource for HRIS and enrollment platforms, review contracts, and respond to complex client questions with limited oversight. Responsibilities

• Independently performs core client service and operational responsibilities across onboarding, renewals, open enrollment, and ongoing client support.
• Serves as a technical resource for HRIS and enrollment platforms, benefits communications, surveys, and standard reporting.
• Reviews benefit contracts and materials for accuracy and completeness prior to client delivery.
• Responds to more complex client questions and manage defined lifecycle tasks with limited oversight.
• Supports entry-level financial analysis, claims & utilization reporting, and renewal preparation.
• Informally guides peers and contributes to workflow execution through independent decision-making within established parameters.

Salary Range: $50,000 USD - $65,000 USD
