Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Administrator to join our Deer Park, NY team. You will manage daily service delivery for an assigned group of clients, interacting daily via email and some phone calls, communicating status updates, providing resolutions to research items, and escalating urgent items as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service and/or sales-related roles (brokerage industry knowledge preferred).
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Client Advocate and interface among all departments on the clients’ behalf.
• Understand and assist the client with market complexities (e.g. SEC regulations, NYSE, etc.).
• Provide timely and accurate updates to clients for inquiries and issues, including proactive updates to projects.
• Engage clients and assist them through the suite of electronic products the department supports, explaining in a way that is clear and easy to understand.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word to provide metrics data to clients and internal teams.
• Manage SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for clients according to their individual contracts.
