Job summary

Scientific Safety Alliance is seeking a Senior Cleanroom Test and Balance Technician to test, adjust and balance HVAC and hydronic systems in labs, hospitals and pharma facilities across Dallas–Fort Worth. You will certify cleanrooms, biosafety cabinets, fume hoods and laminar flow benches to industry standards.

This field-based role requires travel, a valid driver’s license and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Testing and balancing HVAC systems in labs, cleanrooms, hospitals or pharma facilities.
• Certification of cleanrooms, biosafety cabinets, fume hoods and laminar flow benches to industry standards.
• Strong communication with customers and teams to explain findings and actions.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, adjusting and balancing of HVAC air and hydronic systems.
• Measure airflow, pressure, temperature and room pressurization to meet specs.
• Verify room pressure cascades and air change rates in critical environments.
• Produce accurate TAB reports and certifications.
