Qualifications

• 5–10+ years HVAC design/commissioning experience.

• Proficiency in load/psychrometric calculations and writing control sequences.

Responsibilities

• Own HVAC engineering for cleanroom and facility in major expansions.
• Develop/own load calculations and size HVAC components.
• Coordinate HVAC designs with other engineering disciplines.

Skills

HVAC design/commissioning for semiconductor or advanced manufacturing

ASHRAE standards knowledge

Revit/AutoCAD proficiency

BAS/BMS trend & alarm tuning experience
