LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an innovative organization to recruit a Senior Claude/AI/Financial Systems Analyst in a hybrid Indianapolis setting.

This role will bridge Commercial Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Operations and IT to optimize financial systems and enable AI-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting, finance, FP&A, financial systems, and/or finance transformation experience.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle
• Advanced Power BI and Excel skills
• Experience leading process improvement and automation initiatives
• Exposure to AI tools such as Claude
• Ability to communicate/partner across departments
• Experience supporting executive leadership and strategic decision-making

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation initiatives and AI workflow development & implementation.
• Drive process improvements for FP&A and accounting processes.
• Oversee ERP upgrades/integrations and BI reporting.
• Partner with Finance and IT on enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Govern data analytics and executive reporting.
• Support change management and user adoption.
• Collaborate across departments to enable strategic decisions.
• Lead special projects and strategic initiatives.
