Job summary

Radiance Technologies seeks an experienced Systems Administrator to support classified systems at the Beavercreek, OH facility. You will design, maintain, and enhance the architecture, ensure 24/7 continuity, and document configurations in a secure environment.

Requirements include seven+ years of SysAdmin experience, DoD STIGs, and IAT II certification. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for this role in a demanding, after-hours capable setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with security agencies and management.
• Ability to manage multiple networks in a dynamic, demanding environment.
• Minimum Top Secret clearance with in-scope background investigation date.
• DoD IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+).

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, and network devices per cybersecurity policies.
• Patch management for a fleet of classified information systems (Windows & Linux).
• Provide backup and recovery services; manage file systems and disk space.
• Daily on-site support for operations/maintenance; troubleshoot hardware/software.
• Manage user accounts and access control in domain/stand-alone environments.
