Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a cybersecurity professional to join our Dayton, OH team. You will apply information security concepts to classified computer systems, work with a multi-contractor team on continuous monitoring and compliance, and help obtain and maintain Authorization to Operate (ATO) for ABSS.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, 3+ years in security, SDLC knowledge, and strong communication skills. Equal opportunity employer with employee ownership and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT Systems, Engineering, or other technical field preferred, plus 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 3+ years of security experience in defense or information systems security
• Knowledge of information systems security components and best practices (firewalls, IDS, anti-virus, encryption)
• Experience with SDLC and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
• CDRL experience
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• U.S. Citizenship able to obtain NACI/T1
• IAM Level I Certification (CAP, GSLC, Security+CE) within 90 days

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of information security services analysis concepts and execute security procedures for classified computer systems
• Support cybersecurity, continuous monitoring, and other compliance requirements with a multi-contractor team
• Identify, manage, verify, and implement cybersecurity requirements and controls with traceability
• Maintain ABSS security posture per statutory, regulatory, and STIG guidance
• Assist in obtaining and maintaining Authorization to Operate (ATO) for ABSS
• Develop artifacts and test plans for ATO; store in eMASS
• Implement, test, and monitor cybersecurity controls
• Advise ABSS PMO on security compliance issues
• Develop POA&Ms to resolve vulnerabilities
• Assist in developing policies and operating procedures
• Conduct periodic self-inspections of local processes and practices
• Document local threats and vulnerabilities to classified info systems
• Ensure periodic self-assessments of facility’s classified systems
• Assist investigations into security violations and ensure corrective actions
• Monitor access requirements to cleared information systems
• Perform additional tasks as required
