Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to drive classified AI architecture and roadmaps in a remote US setting. The role focuses on secure, enterprise-scale AI platform design for mission-critical operations, aligning stakeholders and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The candidate will lead ADM activities, develop end-to-end architectures, and collaborate across teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions in a classified environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in systems/architecture, or 7+ years with advanced degree
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience designing architectures and deployments in classified environments with security controls

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern enterprise classified AI domain architecture and multi-year roadmap using TOGAF principles
• Architect end-to-end AI platforms while ensuring security boundaries
• Lead TOGAF ADM activities and architecture reviews
• Establish secure integration patterns connecting AI to mission systems
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for cohesive end-to-end system performance
• Produce detailed architectural diagrams and system design documents
• Integrate security and compliance into AI architectures
