Qualifications

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect supporting Classified AI to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will shape the architecture and roadmap for secure, classified AI capabilities in support of mission-critical operations. The successful candidate will design end-to-end platform solutions, align technical direction across stakeholders, and ensure architectures meet stringent security and compliance requirements. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends enterprise architecture leadership with secure systems design in a classified environment. Location: Remote Compensation: $132,400 – $251,600 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern enterprise classified AI domain architecture and the multi-year roadmap using TOGAF principles
• Architect end-to-end AI platforms while ensuring compliance with security boundaries
• Lead TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) activities and architecture reviews
• Establish secure integration patterns connecting AI capabilities to mission systems
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive end-to-end system performance
• Produce detailed architectural diagrams and system design documents
• Integrate security and compliance requirements into AI architectures

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience, or 7 years with an advanced degree
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience developing systems designs, including architecture and deployment
• Familiarity with infrastructure technologies in classified environments, including server OS, hardware, storage, and networks
• Substantial experience with system administration
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance required
