SourceLine is actively seeking a high-level RV Technician to join our service operations. This is a critical, immediate hire to fill a gap left by a senior technician, requiring confidence handling complex RV systems and working independently.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years of experience with strong diagnostic skills, especially on diesel pushers and high-end units, and is comfortable owning jobs from start to finish in a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of senior RV technician experience.
• Strong diagnosis across multiple RV systems.
• Experience with diesel pushers and high-end units.
• Ability to work independently from start to finish.
• Stable work history with long tenure.
• Willingness to accept hourly or flat-rate pay.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of RV systems with minimal supervision.
• Work across diesel pusher platforms (systems-focused, no heavy chassis work).
• Handle electrical troubleshooting (12V and 120V).
• Service and repair Aqua-Hot systems.
• Diagnose and repair slide-outs, awnings, and leveling systems.
• Perform general RV service work including plumbing, appliances, and mechanical systems.
• Complete roof-related work (preferred, not required).
• Maintain efficiency while ensuring quality workmanship.
