The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years of experience with strong diagnostic skills, especially on diesel pushers and high-end units, and is comfortable owning jobs from start to finish in a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of senior RV technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of RV systems with minimal supervision.
• Work across diesel pusher platforms (systems-focused, no heavy chassis work).
• Handle electrical troubleshooting (12V and 120V).
• Service and repair Aqua-Hot systems.
• Diagnose and repair slide-outs, awnings, and leveling systems.
• Perform general RV service work including plumbing, appliances, and mechanical systems.
• Complete roof-related work (preferred, not required).
• Maintain efficiency while ensuring quality workmanship.

This is not an entry-level role. They need a true A tech. Someone who has seen it all, can diagnose efficiently, and can work independently without hand-holding.
