SourceLine is seeking a high-level RV technician to join our service team in a fast-paced dealership environment. This is a senior-level, immediate-hire role for an expert who can diagnose efficiently and own jobs from start to finish with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years of RV experience, excels at diagnostics across multiple RV systems, and has hands-on experience with diesel pushers and high-end units. This role offers stability and a clear long-term path.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years as an RV technician.
• Strong diagnostic ability across multiple RV systems.
• Experience on diesel pushers and high-end units.
• Capable of owning jobs start to finish with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of RV systems with minimal supervision.
• Work across diesel pusher platforms (systems-focused, no heavy chassis work).
• Handle electrical troubleshooting (12V and 120V systems).
• Service and repair Aqua-Hot systems.
• Diagnose and repair slide-outs, awnings, and leveling systems.
• Perform general RV service work including plumbing, appliances, and mechanical systems.
• Complete roof-related work (preferred, not required).
• Maintain efficiency while ensuring quality workmanship.
