Your Tasks

• Independently Manage Claims: Take ownership of claims and tackle non-standard cases with agility, collaborating with stakeholders and resolving conflicts alongside our Legal team.
• Make Strategic Decisions: Navigate complex claims matters in MTPL and GTPL, fully understanding their implications on a broader scale.
• Autonomous Processing: Efficiently manage loss notifications, cash calls, and claims assessments in line with our internal standards.
• Data Accuracy: Input data timely and ensure precision for your assigned markets, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Engage and Contribute: Actively participate in market meetings and provide valuable insights to management.
• Drive Innovation: Lead process improvement initiatives, including automating tasks to streamline operations.
• Mentorship and Training: Write and propose work instructions, train colleagues, and support them through complex claim processes.
• Regular Updates: Keep stakeholders informed with accurate and timely updates.
• Vibrant and Collaborative Environment: Work closely with internal teams like Underwriters, Reinsurance Accounting, and IT Services, while also engaging with external clients and service providers.

• Solid Educational Foundation: A university degree or equivalent in insurance training (CII or similar).
