You will oversee liability insurance claims, ensure compliant resolutions, and drive end-to-end processes from investigation through settlement, while collaborating with legal, healthcare providers, and carriers.

We require 10+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in claims or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Review liability claims to determine coverage and liability in accordance with laws and corporate practices.
• Manage end-to-end claims processes including investigation, analysis, negotiation, and resolution.
• Prepare claim review reports and participate in quarterly reviews with carriers and management teams.
